Wanton Mee.

Soon Soon Ancient Wonton Noodles serves traditional style wanton mee with slices of lean char siew served on a plate of tossed noodles with a small bowl of wanton soup on the side.

The char siew is lean, firm and meaty with a slightly sweet taste. The tossed noodles is firm and springy with a nice savoury seasoning, and comes with some crispy pork lard and vegetables. The wanton has a soft skin wrapping a soft meaty filling containing tiny crunchy water chestnut bits, and its soup has pleasant ikan bilis flavours.

This serving of wanton mee tastes not bad, and is rather enjoyable.
