Swee Heng Wanton Noodle: Char Siew Spinach Noodles

Swee Heng Wanton Noodle offers traditional wanton mee served with a choice of either regular yellow noodles or spinach noodles. Shown above is their wanton mee with spinach noodles chosen.

The spinach noodles has a light green hue, is firm and springy, and tossed in nicely flavoured seasoning sauce. Topped on the noodles are slices of lean meat char siew that are firm and meaty, and have a mildly sweet taste. A side of vegetables and some chopped green chilli are included on the side of the noodles. A bowl of ikan bilis flavoured wanton soup is served on the side. The wanton has soft skin and flavourful meaty filling.

This wanton mee is nice and rather satisfying.
