Roti Prata.
The plain prata has a chewy dough with crispy outsides. Tastes decent.
The sarang burung features the same chewy dough wrapped around a couple of fried eggs, and topped with mutton meat. The fried eggs has runny yolks and soft whites, while the prata wrapper has crispy sides. The mutton bits are meaty and pleasantly flavoured without much gamey taste. Not bad.
A side of mutton curry that is mildly spicy and savoury, with a light mutton taste, is provided on the side.
Naan.
The naan has a chewy texture with slightly crispy edges, and a subtle sweet undertone. It tastes decent too.
Mee Hoon Goreng.
The mee hoon goreng ikan bilis features chopped green and red chillis, chopped vegetables, onion bits, egg, and crispy ikan bilis in its wok-fried mee hoon. It has a dry texture and spicy notes with intense curry powder flavours. Not exactly to my liking.
Nasi Lemak.
The nasi lemak features rice that is firm and fluffy with a nice fragrant scent and lovely coconut milk flavours. The fried chicken thigh is meaty, coated in a nice airy and crispy batter, and it has nice flavours of spices used in its seasoning. The fried egg has soft yolk and whites, and the ikan bilis is airy and crispy. A side of dried-shrimp flavoured chilli paste is provided on the side.
This nasi lemak has a generous serving of rice and chilli, and is enjoyable.
Ice Teh.
The ice teh has nice tea flavours but it is extremely sweet. It is way too sweet for me.
