Fish Soup.

Tai Seng Fish Soup serves sliced fish and fried fish soups. Their double fish soup yee mee, comes with both sliced fish and fried fish as well as fried egg shreds and some vegetables. Extra fried egg shreds are added for the above serving.

The sliced fish is rather smooth and soft, and the fried fish is soft and savoury with a soft fried crust. The fried egg shred has decent flavours of the soup, and the yee mee is quite firm and springy. The soup itself tastes rather flavourful but is a little heavy on the msg, which makes my throat feel dry not long after.

Overall, this serving of double fish soup yee mee tastes decent, but could leave out on the msg.
