The slices of pork ribs are firm and meaty, and the buttermilk sauce is nicely flavoured with a subtle note of nutty. Not bad.

The firm and meaty pork slices are glazed with a nicely marmite flavoured sauce and topped with sesame seeds. This dish tastes decent too.
