Mee Soto.

The mee soto comes with meaty shredded chicken served with springy yellow noodles and bean sprouts in a pleasantly flavoured soup. It is topped with fried shallots, and an optional chilli sauce.

The mee sotong tastes pretty decent.

Mee Rebus.

The mee rebus features yellow noodles, bean sprouts, chopped green chilli, spring onions, fried shallots and a boiled egg, served in a flavourful gravy with spicy notes and a subtle undertone of sweet. The begedil is an extra add-on. Its soft potato filling is coated in an egg coating with slightly crispy edges.

Both the mee rebus and begedil are nice.

Laksa.

The laksa is a bit different from the regular laksa. The thick mee hoon comes along with bean sprouts and cucumber slices, served together with tau pok and a boiled egg. The laksa gravy is flavourful with mild notes of spicy and sweet, and the tau pok is bursting with the laksa gravy’s flavours. A chilli paste with sweet undertones is also provided.

This bowl of laksa tastes nice, and is enjoyable.
