Fried Fish Porridge

This fried fish porridge has fish soup with some vegetables added into a bowl of rice. Some fried fish meat is added to it, and topped with fried shallots and chopped spring onions. The fried fish has a slightly crispy batter that is getting soft and chewy soaking in the flavourful tasting fish soup. Its meat is rather soft and meaty. Rather likeable.

Sliced Fish Yee Mee

The sliced fish is rather smooth and meaty, and the yee mee is firm and springy. Served in a bowl of flavourful fish soup with some vegetables and topped with fried shallots and chopped spring onions. This bowl of sliced fish yee mee tastes rather nice as well.
