The briyani rice is light and fluffy with a light hint of olive oil flavours. A spicy and flavourful curry sauce is drizzled on to the rice. A piece of skinless chicken leg that is moist and meaty, is hidden among the mound of rice. A bowl of mildly spicy and flavourful vegetables curry, and a serving of crunchy achar with both mild notes of limey and spicy are provided on the side.

Overall, this serving of chicken briyani tastes not bad.
