Toa Payoh 111 Carrot Cake does only the white type of fried carrot cake. It is done flat pancake style with an egg coating on longish cubes of radish cake. The radish cake even contains some tiny bits of carrot shreds.

This carrot cake is pan fried with its egg coating until it is golden and very crispy. Its egg coating is so crispy that it feels somewhat like a good fried oyster omelette than our regular fried carrot cake. There are some chye poh bits in it, providing the fried carrot cake nice flavours.

This fried carrot cake is good!
