Soya Bean

Tong Cheng Yuan Soya Bean offers both soya milk and various soya beancurd desserts.

The soya milk has a decent. It does not taste diluted, but it also does not have a strong soya bean flavour either. It has a lightly sweet taste, which is nice.

The soya beancurd, as seen above, is topped with red beans. The beancurd is quite smooth with a pleasant soya bean flavour. The red beans are soft and has a slightly sweet taste that complements the soya beancurd rather well. This dessert also tastes decent.

Grass Jelly

The grass jelly is also available both as a drink and as a dessert.

The grass jelly drink has a slightly sweet flavour and is filled with soft and smooth bits of grass jelly. It tastes decent.

The grass jelly dessert, as featured above, comes with longan. The chunky pieces of grass jelly is quite smooth and springy, and tastes alright. The longan served are the usual canned type with a nice sweet taste. These are served on a bed of refreshing shaved ice.
