Fried Hokkien Mee.

Traditional Prawn Noodles serves wet style of fried hokkien mee. A mixture of yellow noodles, mee hoon and vegetables is wok-fried with eggs and simmered in a broth, with prawns, sotong, and pork belly added.
The prawns are small in size, but decently fresh. The sotong is firm and chewy, and the pork belly is tender with some soft fatty parts. The mixture of fried yellow noodles and mee hoon is springy with decent flavours. A piece of green lime, some crispy pork lard, and a spicy chilli sauce are provided on the side.
Overall this plate of fried hokkien mee tastes alright.
