Wanton Fu dishes out two versions of wanton mee, the regular ones and ones with black sauce. The wanton mee set is served with slices of char siew, boiled wanton and fried wanton, along with a pleasantly lavoured bowl of soup on the side.

The char siew slices are lean, firm and meaty. The boiled wanton has soft skin, while the fried wanton has a crispy skin. Both types of wanton feature a soft, meaty and savoury-tasting filling.

The tossed noodles is firm, springy and flavourful with a light savoury note. The black version has black sauce added, boosting its savoury flavour up a notch but not overly. You can also add crispy pork lard accoirding to your liking.

Both versions of wanton mee taste nice, and are quite satisfying.
