Lor Mee

Wei Nan Wang Hock Kian Lor Mee is a popular stall selling lor mee containing lots of meaty bits. As for as I can tell, this bowl of lor mee comes with lean braised pork slices, braised pork belly, braised pig skin, fried pork balls and crispy fried flour bits served with yellow noodles in a starchy sauce.

The lean braised pork slices is meaty and somewhat chewy. The braised pork belly is meaty with a bit of fats. As for the pig skin, chewy and nicely flavoured. The fried pork balls are has a nice crispy batter and has a nice chewy texture. The crispy flour bits is crispy nice too. I like them all.

The yellow noodles is springy with a starchy sauce. This sauce is very flavourful with a bit of sweet taste to it. This bowl of lor mee is absolutely lovely! Truly enjoyable.
