Prawn Mee

Wei Zhong Qi Prawn Noodle does fairly likeable prawn noodles that is available in the usual soup or dry versions, with your choice of noodles. Shown here is the soup version with yellow noodles.

This prawn noodles is pretty standard. It comes with prawns, pork slices and fish cake slices, on top on yellow noodles with some bean sprouts, and soaking in a quite nicely flavoured prawn soap. You can top it with fried shallots and lard pieces.

There is nothing extraordinary about this bowl of prawn noodles, but it is still fairly likeable.
