Whampoa Traditional Fried Oyster

is a stall selling fried oyster omelette. Decently likeable.

Fried Oyster Omelette

Whampoa Traditional Fried Oyster does fragrant smelling fried oyster omelette with nice flavourings.

The mixture of starch and eggs is pan fried until a nice crisp and the starchy parts are still chewy. Oysters are of decent size and juicy. However the portions of oysters provided are quite miserable. Comes served with a limey tasting chilli sauce that goes well with the oysters. This fried oyster omelette is decent and quite likeable.
