Char Siew & Siu Yuk.

The char siew is meaty and sweet with some some fatty parts. The siu yuk is tender, meaty with a soft layer of fats, a crispy skin, and a savoury taste. The rice is firm, fluffy and lightly flavourful. A sweet braised sauce is add to the rice. A bowl of pleasantly vegetables flavoured soup, and an optional chilli paste containing dried shrimp bits, are provided. Not bad.

Roast Duck.

The slices of roast duck comes with bones attached to its moist, meaty and savoury meat, with a rather flavourful skin. The noodles is firm and springy, decently flavoured and comes with some vegetables. A bowl of pleasantly vegetables flavoured soup, and an optional chilli paste containing dried shrimp bits, are provided. The roast duck noodles tastes not bad too.

Roast Chicken.

The boneless slices of roast chicken are moist and meaty with a rather flavourful skin attached. These are served atop a plate of firm, fluffy and decently flavourful rice, with a side of pleasantly flavoured vegetables soup. An optional garlicky chilli sauce is also available. The roast chicken rice is a pretty decent option.

Wanton Mee.

The wanton mee features sweet slices of char siew served on a plate of tossed noodles that is firm and springy with a savoury seasoning. A bowl of decently flavoured soup containing wanton is served alongside. The wanton has soft skin wrapping a meaty filling. This serving of wanton mee is quite likeable.
