Xing Heng Feng Mushroom Minced Meat Noodle offers various minced meat and fishball noodles. Above is their mini wok with mee kia chosen. It comes with pork liver slices, fishballs, fish cake slices, crab sticks, minced meat, a raw egg and lots of cabbage and bean sprouts served in a pot of soup.

The pork liver is soft and gamey. Both the fishball and fish cake are soft and springy with nice fish flavours. The crab sticks are regular supermarket ones, and the minced meat is soft and meaty. A raw egg is scrambled into the nicely flavoured soup, giving it slivers of soft egg. As for the mee kia, it is tossed in a mixture of vinegar and chilli with pork lard and bean sprouts added. The noodles is firm and springy, and flavourful. Not bad.
