Char Siew, Siu Yuk, Roast Duck.

Xiong Dynasty Roasted Duck serves the usual selection of siu mei roast meats.

The char siew is firm and meaty with some soft fatty parts and slightly caramelised with a light sweet note. The siu yuk is firm and meaty with a soft layer of fats underneath a crispy skin, and it is not salty at all. The roast duck is moist and meaty with a flavourful skin attached. All the meat slices are served atop a plate of firm textured rice with a sweet braised sauce added. A bowl of nicely flavoured vegetables soup and an intense dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste are provided on the side.

This serving of char siew, siu yuk, roast duck rice tastes nice. The siu yuk is particularly enjoyable.
