Ice Watermelon.

Xue Hua Desserts is well known for its ice watermelon desserts, which comes with chunky pieces of sweet and juicy watermelon meat served with shaved ice and syrup, and topped with mixed cocktail fruits and crunchy longan. The big version is served in a large watermelon husk, while the regular one is served in a bowl. There is also a version that replaces cocktail fruits and longan with green jelly and sweet corn with coconut milk drizzled over. The coconut milk provides a nice mildly savoury note to this sweet bowl of dessert.

Chendol.

The chendol features shaved ice drizzled with sticky gula melaka and coconut milk, topped with green jelly, red beans and attap chee that is soft and sweet. The gula melaka provides a lovely sweet note to this refreshing bowl of chendol. Thumbs up.

Sour Plum Drink.

The sour plum drink has pleasant sour plum flavours with well-balanced sweetness. It tastes nice.
