The chicken briyani comes with a large piece of fried chicken meat, a generous serving of briyani rice, a side of achar, and a boiled egg, accompanied with a small bowl of curry sauce.

The fried chicken is firm and meaty, with a flavourful batter that is no longer crispy. The briyani rice is fluffy and very flavourful with flavours of various spices. The achar has crunchy cucumber slices and onion shreds, with a light spicy taste. The curry has mild spicy flavours and it pairs really well the the briyani rice.
