Hainanese Chicken & Roast Chicken.

The hainanese chicken is tender and meaty with a soft and smooth skin. The roast chicken is moist and meaty with a fairly flavourful skin. The slices of boneless chicken meat are served on a plate of firm and flavourful rice, with a bowl of savoury soup served on the side. An optional garlicky chilli sauce is also provided on the side.

Both the hainanese chicken and roast chicken taste nice.

Chicken Cutlet.

The chicken cutlet is moist, meaty and nicely flavoured with a crispy crust and a crispy skin. Some sweet thai sauce is added to it, and it tastes nice.
