Ye Tang: Classic Chendol

Good

Ye Tang

is a chendol speciality stall serving a small selection of chendol options. Refreshingly good.

Chendol.

The classic chendol comes with attap chee and pandan green jelly served on the sides of a mound of shaved ice drizzled with both gula melaka and coconut milk.

The attap chee is soft with a lightly sweet note, and the green jelly is soft with a subtle pandan taste. The gula melaka and coconut milk gives the shaved ice a well balanced sweet tone, and it is refreshingly good.

The durian option comes with a scoop of lightly sweet durian puree. The large and soft red beans are an extra add-on. The durian puree is a bit overpowering on the light chendol flavours, but it still tastes rather nice.
