Cai Png

Yong Fa Eating House does cai png with a decent selection of mains and sides. Above is with sweet and sour pork, fried prawns and stir fried bean sprouts, served with rice and curry sauce.

The sweet and sour pork has a crispy batter covering a firm and meaty piece of pork meat. It has a nice sweet taste. The fried prawn has a crispy and savoury tasting batter covering a piece of prawn. The stir fried bean sprouts is crunchy and tastes decent. Contains some carrot shreds and spring onions. As for the rice, it has a firm texture and some mildly spicy curry sauce is added to it.

The cai png over here is quite a decent one.
