Cai Png

Rice Garden serves cai png with a decent selection of mains and sides. The above is with fried fish nuggets, stir fried bean sprouts, egg omelette served with rice and curry sauce.

The fried fish fillet has a breaded crust. One piece is crispy and one piece is soft. The fish meat has decent savoury flavours. The one with crispy crust is nice, but not for the soft one.

The fried bean sprouts has some carrot shreds added, and is crunchy with decent flavours. The egg omelette is soft with light savoury tastes. As for the rice, it has a firm texture. The curry sauce is spicy with decent flavours.

This cai png is quite ordinary but still fairly decent.

Fried Mee Hoon

Besides rice, fried mee hoon and fried noodles is available here with choice of sides. Seen above is their fried noodles with a piece of fish cake added.

The fried noodles is quite firm and springy with a slightly savoury taste. Contains just a few strands on bean sprouts. The fish cake is firm and springy with savoury flavours. Quite decent.
