Fried Hokkien Mee

YouFu Fried Hokkien Prawn Noodle dishes out fried hokkien mee containing prawns, sotong slices and pork belly slices wok fried with yellow noodles, mee hoon and eggs in a flavourful broth.

This fried hokkien mee is moist with some broth soaking its fried yellow noodles and mee hoon mixture. At first bite, my senses went into an enhanced mode. The fried hokkien mee has very nice savoury flavours and very nice smokey taste of wok hei. One finer detail, the yellow noodles is still firm and springy!

The prawns are quite decent, and the sotong slices is soft. As for the pork belly, it is soft and meaty with some fatty parts. It is nice. On the side is a piece of green lime and a dollop of limey tasting chilli that is very spicy.

This fried hokkien mee is definitely an excellent one and one of the better tasting ones in Singapore. I love it!
