Prawn Mee

Yu Xing Yuan Bedok Prawn Noodle sells prawn noodles and pork ribs noodles in either dry or soup versions. Shown here is their prawn mee dry which comes with a small bowl of soup on the side.

The noodles used are yellow noodles which tastes quite nice when mixed with chilli. Some bean sprouts are included. With the noodles are a couple of prawns, pork slices and fish cake slices. The pork slices are soft and tender. The fish cake slices and prawns are quite standard stuff though but still decent. The bowl of soup has nice prawn flavours but a bit over on the MSG. I would suggest going for their dry noodles instead of soup noodles. All in all, this is still quite a decent bowl of prawn mee.
