Satay.

The satay is available in beef, chicken and mutton meat options. Both the beef and mutton satay are firm and meaty, with the mutton satay having some soft fatty bits, and does not taste gamey. The chicken satay is soft and tender. All three satay options have nice seasoning flavours of various spices with an undertone of sweetness. The satay sauce is spicy, sweet and nutty with generous bits of grated peanuts. It pairs well with the grilled skewers. Sweet.

Tahu Goreng.

The tahu goreng features a piece of soft tofu with a chewy fried skin. Some bean sprouts and cucumber slices are added to it, and it is drenched with generous amount of satay sauce, giving it a spicy, sweet and nutty taste. The crunchy nutty bits go really well with the tofu. The tahu goreng is a sweet choice too.
