Peanuts & Minced Meat Porridge.

The porridge is rather smooth and has pretty decent flavours. The added raw egg gives it an even smoother texture. It contains soft braised peanuts and soft meaty minced meat. The porridge is served topped with some fried shallots, chopped spring onions and a dash of pepper.

This bowl of peanuts and minced meat porridge tastes not bad..

Bao Zai Noodles.

The bao zai noodles includes pork slices, minced meat, a raw egg and some vegetables served with yee mee in a bowl of decently flavoured soup. The pork slices are tender, soft and meaty, the minced meat is soft and meaty too, and the yee mee is fairly springy. Some fried shallots and chopped spring onions are added as toppings to the bao zai noodles.

This serving of bao zai noodles tastes not bad too.
