Xiao Long Bao.

The xiao long bao has a thin and chewy skin wrapping a soft and flavourful pork filling that is soaking in a flavourful broth. The flavours are literally bursting into your mouth when you bite into it. Nice!

Guo Tie.

The gou tie has a thicker skin with a chewy texture, wrapping a soft and flavourful pork filling. The dumplings are pan-fried with crispy undersides. This serving of guo tie is really enjoyable.

Dumpling Noodles.

The dumplings have a soft skin wrapping a well-seasoned and flavourful meat filling. The la mian is firm and springy. These are served in a bowl of lightly flavoured soup along with a slice of lettuce and chopped spring onions. The dumplings are good!
