Char Siew & Siu Yuk

The char siew is meaty with soft fatty parts and has a pleasantly sweet flavour. The siu yuk is meaty with a soft layer of fats and a crispy skin. The slices of roasted meats are served on a plate of rice with braised sauce added. An optional dollop of savoury tasting dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste can be added to the side. The meal also comes with a bowl of nice savoury flavoured soup. Not bad.

Roast Duck

The roast duck meat is moist, firm and meaty with savoury flavours. Its skin is juicy and flavourful. The boneless slices of roast duck meat are served on a plate of tossed noodles topped with some goji berries. The noodles is firm and springy with nice seasoning flavours, and comes with some vegetables and crispy pork lard. Not bad either.

Roast Chicken

The roast chicken is moist and meaty with a rather flavourful skin attached. It is not completely deboned though. The rice is firm and quite flavourful, and the chilli sauce has a garlicky note with undertones of sweetness. The roast chicken rice tastes decent.
