Fuzhou Noodles

Hai Chun Ban Mian does ban mian and an assortment of handmade noodles and dishes. Shown here is their Fuzhou noodles which comes with dumplings and Fuzhou fishballs.

The handmade noodles is quite springy but quite bland. The sauce is not exactly flavourful either. Dumplings and Fuzhou fishballs are decent though with normal tasting meat fillings. Not exactly good but not exactly bad either. Just average.
