Nasi Lemak
This nasi lemak set comes with a fried chicken wing, fried egg, ikan bilis and peanuts, served with coconut milk flavoured rice and sambal chilli.
The rice is firm and fragrant with mild flavourings of coconut milk. The fried chicken wing has a crispy crust and moist meat, decent flavours too. The fried egg is soft with a watery yolk, and the ikan bilis and peanuts is crispy and crunchy. The chilli paste is spicy with mildly sweet tastes. Includes a slice of cucumber on the side. This serving of nasi lemak is rather decent.
