Review: Tanjong Rhu Wanton Noodle (Singapore)

Tanjong Rhu Wanton Noodle does quite decent tasting wanton noodles. Shown here is their signature wanton noodle which comes with a bowl of noodles containing char siew and fried wanton, and a bowl of wanton soup.

The noodles has decent flavouring with lard pieces and vegetables. However it is a bit on the soft side. Comes topped with a few slices of lean meat char siew that is fairly tender with a mild sweet taste. The fried wanton has a nice airy crisp with a light peppery flavoured meat filling. The wanton soup has a light peppery taste. The wanton has soft skin with a peppery flavoured meat filling.
