Satay

Swee Huat BBQ Seafood Satay serves up satay with the usual assortment of meats. Shown here are their pork and chicken satay, served with cucumber slices and onions and satay sauce on the side.

The pork satay has a small piece of fatty pork in between the lean meat. However, the pork meat is a bit stiff and is not tender enough. The chicken satay is better though, fairly soft and tender. Their chicken satay is definitely better than its pork satay. Both are just average though. They are cooked but not nicely grilled. The charring and caramelised bits are missing.
