Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries also does bo lo bao which is commonly found in Hong Kong. However unlike the Hong Kong ones which are plain buns where a thick stab of butter is often sandwich in between or filled with an assortment of ingredients like a sandwich, the ones at Leung Sang Hong Kong Pastries comes with an assortment of fillings inside the soft sweet bun and has a nice crispy buttery crusty top.

Bo Lo Bao Custard

This bo lo bao has a nice uses the same custard filling as their egg tarts. Nice custard flavours that isn’t overly sweet. Nice!

Bo Lo Bao Roasted Chicken

The roasted chicken ones has nicely flavoured moist chicken bits fillings with a mildly sweet taste. Quite nice.

Bo Lo Bao Curry Chicken

The curry chicken version of bo lo bao is probably an adaptation of the local curry bun. It has a mostly curry potato filling with a slightly spicy flavour. Tastes just average though.
