Roti Prata

Ali Fatimah Food Stall flips out really good roti prata in plain, egg, onion, cheese and plaster varieties. The prata comes with a mildly spicy mutton curry served on the side.

Plain Prata

The plain prata is crispy and flaky outside, chewy inside. Definitely one of the better prata around. You can choose to add onions or cheese or both, or you can have it plain. The cheese plain prata has melted cheese inside. It is lovely!

Egg Prata

Just like the plain prata, you can add onions or cheese or both to it. Shown here are the regular egg prata and egg prata with onions. The egg prata is decent with pockets of crispiness outside and the softness of egg instead. The onions version has the extra crunchiness of onion bits. It is not bad, but in my opinion, the plain ones are much nicer.

Plaster Prata

The plaster prata is like a league on its own. It is essentially a plain prata with an egg plastered over it. Just like the plain prata, it is crispy outside, chewy inside and the plastered egg has a runny yolk. Very nice! There is also an option to add onions for some extra crunchiness. This plaster prata is highly recommended.
