Fried Kway Teow

Apollo Fresh Cockle Fried Kway Teow is well known for its wetter type of fried kway teow that is cooked with lots of garlic. It comes with the usual lap cheong slices, fish cake slices and see hum. These are wok fried in a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles with bean sprouts and egg added.

This fried kway teow has very strong garlicky tastes and a mild sweetness from the added black sweet sauce. Tastes rather nice to me.
