Fried Kway Teow

This fried kway teow has very basic ingredients of just see hum with egg and bean sprouts stir fried with a mixture of kway teow, yellow noodles and lard, and topped with lots of green vegetables.

The fried kway teow has quite a dry texture with a bit of charring, giving it a nice wok hei. It has nice savoury flavours with a very faint tint of sweetness. Fairly decent amounts of see hum and nice portions of green vegetables, though the fried kway teow servings are quite petite and it is a tad on the oily side.

All in all, this is definitely a lovely plate of fried kway teow. It tastes good and absolutely enjoyable.
