Lor Mee

Uncle Sim Traditional Lor Mee dishes out lor mee with either fried fish or fried chicken or both. Seen here is their version of lor mee with everything included.

This bowl of lor mee contains fried fish, fried chicken, ngo hiang slices, pork belly slices and half a braised egg, with thick yellow noodles and bean sprouts, drenched in a thick starchy gravy with nice savoury tastes.

The fried fish bits is moist and tastes decent. The fried chicken bits is crispy and moist with nice flavours. The ngo hiang slices has nice flavourings as well. As for the braised pork slices, it is soft and juicy with nice braised flavours and a slightly sweet taste. The braised pork slices is very nice and I recommend getting extras. The braised egg too, has a hint of nice braised flavourings.

This is definitely a tasty bowl of lor mee. I truly enjoy this very much. Good!
