Mee Hoon Kueh

This mee hoon kueh comes with some pork slices, minced pork, meatballs, a raw egg and some vegetables soaked in a nicely flavoured clear soup and topped with crispy ikan bilis and some chopped spring onions. The minced pork, pork slices and meatballs are soft and meaty with nice seasoning flavours with a hint of pepper. As for the noodles, it is firm, springy and a little chewy. I quite like this.

Dumpling Noodles

The dumpling noodles comes with la mian in a clear and lightly savoury tasting soup. Contains some vegetables, crispy ikan bilis and topped with some chopped spring onions. The la mian is springy and nice. As for the dumplings, nice soft skin that is a little chewy with savoury tasting juicy meat filling. A little bit on the salty end but still nice. Quite likeable.

Guo Tie

This guo tie has mildly crispy and chewy skin, with nice savoury tasting and juicy meat filling inside. The meat filling is a little on the salty side but not overly. Eat this while it is hot as the guo tie turns soft rather fast. Comes with an optional fried chilli oil with whole crunchy peanuts. This is quite likeable.

Spicy Wanton

This spicy wanton uses a mixture of soya sauce and vinegar with spicy chilli oil and topped with chopped spring onions. The wanton has soft skin and juicy meat filling. Nice.
