This nasi lemak is quite fragrant with decent flavours of coconut milk and served with a dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste. The sides chosen here are otah, fried egg and fried chicken wing.

The otah has a nice dry texture, a little spicy and a little sweet tasting, quite ordinary though. The fried egg has a nice watery yolk. As for the fried chicken wing, it is savoury tasting with crispy skin and moist meat. Quite likeable.

Overall this nasi lemak is quite ordinary but still decent.

Fried Mee Hoon

The plate of fried mee hoo has luncheon meat added, and the plate of fried noodles with kway teow has fish fillet and fish cake added.

The fried mee hoon contains some bean sprouts. It has a dry texture with nice savoury flavours. The luncheon meat is normal.

The fried noodles uses yellow noodles, is firm and springy. Likewise for the kway teow, it is firm and springy. Both contains some bean sprouts and tastes fairly decent. The fish fillet is quite ordinary and isn’t crispy at all. The fish cake is decent though with a nice soft texture and savoury tastes.

Personally, I like their fried mee hoon a little bit more over their fried noodles and kway teow, though all three tastes quite decent.
