Fried Hokkien Mee

Sheng Seng Fried Prawn Noodle dishes out the wet type of fried hokkien mee with prawns, sotong and fish cake slices.

It has a nice mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon stir fried with some vegetable bits and egg. Some broth is added to this mixture and simmered resulting in soft and wet noodles with nice flavourings.

This plate of fried hokkien mee comes served with savoury tasting chilli and a piece of green lime on the side, which mixes well with its flavours. As far as I can tell, there is no pork lard pieces in this fried hokkien mee. Would have probably tasted better if there are some. Nevertheless, this fried hokkien mee tastes decent.
