Nasi Lemak

This plate of nasi lemak uses rice that is cooked with blue pea flowers, giving it a blue hue. The rice is firm and fragrant with nice flavourings. The nasi lemak seen here is with fried chicken wing, fried egg, otah, luncheon meat with ikan bilis and peanuts.

The fried chicken wing has nice savoury tasting seasoning flavours with a mildly crispy batter, but unfortunately it is mostly soft. The fried egg has a watery yolk and crispy whites, nice. The otah is mildly spicy with a slghtly sweet taste, and the luncheon meat is your regular kind. As for the ikan bilis and peanuts, nice crispy and crunchy and flavourful too. Worth mentioning, this nasi lemak comes served with chilli paste that contains ikan bilis and a hint of sweet.

This plate of nasi lemak is nice and rather enjoyable. I like it.

Fried Mee Hoon

Besides nasi lemak, fried mee hoon is served here too. Seen here is with a piece of fried fish fillet and fried egg added.

The fried fish fillet is just normal and isn’t crispy at all. The fried egg is the better one, soft yolk and crispy whites. As for the fried mee hoon, it contains a few strands of bean sprouts. The fried mee hoon has a nice dry texture and nice flavourings, a bit lumpy though. Comes served with their sweet tasting chilli paste that contains ikan bilis bits on the side.

This plate of fried mee hoon is decently likeable.

Fried Kway Teow Mee

Fried kway teow and fried noodles are available as well. Seen here is with fried chicken wing, fried egg and fish cake. Served with a nice sweet tasting chilli paste on the side.

The fried chicken wing has nice savoury seasoning flavours, has a slightly crispy batter but is mostly soft. Its meat is soft and moist. The fried egg has a soft yolk and crispy whites. As for the fish cake, it is fairly soft and smooth, with decent flavours.

The fried kway teow comes with some vegetables and carrot shreds, and has nice savoury flavours. The fried yellow noodles contains some bean springs, is springy and has nice flavours as well. Both are decently nice.
