Dumplings La Mian

This is the dry version of their dumplings la mian which comes with a bowl of tossed noodles and a bowl of soup with dumplings. The la mian is springy and comes served with cucumber shreds and a nicely flavoured minced meat sauce. The dumplings has a soft skin that is slightly chewy and has a nicely flavoured minced meat and vegetables filling inside. The accompanying soup has a nice light savoury taste. This la mian is nice.

Xiao Long Bao

The xiao long bao has soft and chewy skin wrapping a juicy meat filling. Its flavours are nice. However the skin is a bit thick at the top. Still quite a likeable xiao long bao though.

Guo Tie

The guo tie has a mostly crispy skin with just a tiny steamed portion. Contains a meat and vegetable filling that is moist and nicely flavoured. Not exactly the best made guo tie skin but its taste is still decent.

Spicy Wanton

The spicy wanton has soft and smooth wanton skin wrapping a nicely flavoured meat filling, served with a seasoning blend of soya sauce, vinegar and chilli. It is topped with some chopped spring onions. It is not too spicy and tastes decent.
