This fried hokkien mee is the wet type with a mixture of yellow noodles and mee hoon with egg, prawns and sotong added. A piece of green lime and a dollop of dried shrimp flavoured chilli paste is added on the side. The yellow noodles and mee hoon mix is a bit on the soft side, but this is expected for the wet type of fried hokkien mee. It tastes fairly decent though.

This plate of fried kway teow has a mixture of kway teow and yellow noodles stir fried with some bean sprouts and egg. It contains see hum and fish cake slices. It has a slightly sweet flavour and a little moist from the sweet sauce added. There is no lard as far as I can tell. Tastes quite decent though.
