Satay

Pang’s Satay does very nicely charcoal grilled satay in pork, chicken and mutton meats. These satay comes served on a plate with cucumber slices and onion bits. On the side is a dipping satay sauce containing pineapple puree.

The pork satay has a piece of fatty pork sandwiched in between the meaty pork bits. The chicken satay is soft and meaty too. The mutton satay is very tender and soft with some fatty bits, and no gamey tastes. All the satay has a sweet seasoning flavours and are very nicely grilled. The mutton satay is especially good. Highly recommended.

The satay comes served with a nutty tasting satay sauce with bits of pineapple puree. The satay sauce goes really well with the satay.

This is a satay that is truly enjoyable and definitely nice. I like it.
