Satay

Shi Xiang Satay does the usual choices of satay in pork, chicken and mutton. This is served with a bowl of tasty satay sauce with pineapple puree on the side.

These satay has a mildly sweet taste and are grilled with a slight charring on the outside. Very nice!

The pork satay is very tender with small bits of fats in the meat. Likewise for the chicken satay, very tender and moist meat. As for the mutton satay, it has a chewy meaty texture and no gamey taste. All 3 choices are good.

Comes served with cut cucumber and onions, and a bowl of satay sauce on the side. A special mention about the satay sauce. It is mild spicy, very nutty with crunchy bits of peanuts and topped with pineapple puree. Absolutely lovely!
