Fried Mee Hoon

There are 2 types of fried mee hoon served here – the white ones and the regular black ones.

The fried white mee hoon is moist and contains some vegetables and carrot shreds. As for the regular fried mee hoon, it is moist as well with some bean sprouts and eggs. Both has nice flavourings.

The luncheon meat is an extra add on and is your regular canned luncheon meat slice. Comes served with a dried shrimp flavoured chilli on the side that is both slight sweet and spicy. Decent.

Fried Kway Teow, Fried Mee

Besides fried mee hoon, the usual fried mee and fried kway teow are available.

The fried kway teow is springy and a tad oily compared to the fried mee hoon. The fried yellow noodles is springy and firm. Both are quite nicely flavoured.

The fried egg is an extra add on and is quite ordinary. Comes served with a dried shrimp flavoured chilli that tastes slightly sweet and spicy. Though this plate of fried kway teow and fried mee mixture is a bit oily, it is still quite likeable.
