Satay

168 CMY Satay does satay with chicken, pork and mutton meats. The satay comes with cucumber slices and onions bits on the side. The satay sauce is served separately in a bowl.

The chicken satay has soft and tender meat with nice seasoning flavours. For the pork satay, it has some fatty parts sandwiched in between lean meat parts. It is fairly soft, meaty and flavourful. The mutton satay is meaty and chewy with nice flavourings as well. All 3 satay meats has a slightly sweet taste to them, which is nice.

The satay comes served with a satay sauce that is nutty with mildly sweet and light spicy tastes. The dipping sauce is nice and goes really well with the satay.

This satay has nice flavourings and is rather likeable. Would have been better if it is grilled with slight charring and some caramelised bits. Still a decent one though.
