Fried Rice

Egg Fried Rice serves an assortment of fried rice with choice of mains and sides.

The pork chop is soft, tender and meaty with nice seasoning flavours. The fried rice is coated with eggs, has a nice dry texture and is flavourful. Comes served with lettuce on the side and a dollop of limey tasting chilli. I like this.

Instead of a piece of chicken cutlet, pieces of fried chicken meat is served with the fried rice. The fried chicken is lightly coated with a nice airy crisp. Its meat is soft and tender with nice seasoning flavours that tastes of har cheong gai. The fried chicken is nice. I like it too.

For the shrimp fried rice, pieces of prawns are added and wok fried with the fried rice. The prawns are of fairly decent size and rather springy. It is likeable.

The luncheon meat fried rice comes served with pieces of deep fried luncheon meat served on the side of the fried rice. These are just your regular luncheon meat and although deep fried, they are no longer crispy. The luncheon meat fried rice is just ordinary. The other choices are probably better.
